Manufacturing Process: High-Frequency Induction Welding (HFI / ERW)
Our Q195 pipes are produced using advanced High-Frequency Induction Welding (HFI/ERW) technology. This process heats the edges of the formed steel strip to a precise temperature using high-frequency electrical current and then forges them together under pressure to create a seamless, strong, and homogeneous weld bead.
